These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the PixelCraft website and enrollment in our graphic design courses. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PixelCraft.

2. Use of Services
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in our courses or use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
2.2 Account Registration
Course enrollment may require account creation. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
2.3 Permitted Use
Our services are provided for personal educational and professional development purposes. You may access course materials and content solely for your own learning and skill development.
3. Prohibited Activities
Users may not engage in the following activities:
Illegal Activities
Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Content Theft
Copy, reproduce, or distribute course materials without permission
System Interference
Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
Malicious Code
Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code through our services
Impersonation
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent affiliation

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including course materials, instructional videos, designs, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by PixelCraft or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
4.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials solely for your personal educational purposes. This license does not permit redistribution, commercial use, or creation of derivative works.
4.3 Student Work
You retain ownership of original work you create during courses. By submitting work for critique or portfolio review, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use your work for educational purposes, promotional materials, and portfolio displays with your attribution.
4.4 Third-Party Content
Some course materials may include third-party content used under license. You must comply with applicable third-party licenses and terms when using such content.
5. Course Enrollment and Payment
5.1 Enrollment Terms
Course enrollment is subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment at our discretion. Enrollment confirmation is provided via email.
5.2 Payment
Course fees must be paid in full before course commencement unless installment arrangements are made. Payment can be made via:
- Bank transfer
- Credit or debit card
- PayNow (Singapore)
All fees are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise specified.
5.3 Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted in writing:
- More than 14 days before course start: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
- 7-14 days before course start: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before course start: No refund
- After course commencement: No refund
5.4 Course Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, enrolled students receive full refunds or the option to transfer to future intakes.
6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
6.1 Services "As Is"
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
6.2 Educational Outcomes
While we provide quality instruction, we make no representations about specific career outcomes, employment opportunities, or income potential. Individual results depend on personal effort, dedication, and market conditions.
6.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific course in question.
6.4 Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for third-party services, software, or content accessed through our courses. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
7. Termination
7.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account or course enrollment by providing written notice, subject to our refund policy. Termination does not entitle you to refunds outside our stated policy.
7.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, for:
- Violation of these terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activities
- Disruptive behavior affecting other students
- Non-payment of fees
- Any reason we deem necessary to protect our services or users
7.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access course materials ceases immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability survive termination.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1 Informal Resolution
Before pursuing formal dispute resolution, we encourage you to contact us to resolve issues informally. Most concerns can be addressed through direct communication.
8.2 Mediation
If informal resolution fails, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation or arbitration.
8.3 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal action must be brought in Singapore courts.
8.4 Jurisdiction
You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts for any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services.
9. General Provisions
9.1 Entire Agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PixelCraft regarding use of our services.
9.2 Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
9.3 Severability
If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
9.4 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
9.5 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign these terms without restriction.
